以下学生不适用：

1. 未满足语言要求

2. 未完成TCAT（教育类专业）

3. 未完成Student Checklist

UTAS

· We do not provide COE’s to students in the following situations:

o Student has not mete English for entry

o Student has not completed TCAT

o Student has not completed Student Checklist

·  Any other condition on a Letter of Offer is an enrolment condition and therefore a COE can be provided to a student.
